This is a nice mattress for what you pay but we did have to buy an additional mattress topper to make it comfortable enough for an adult to sleep on if need be. d In other words 6" mattresses are only sufficient for a small body, but I would not recommend for an adult! Other than that I have no complaints :)

I purchased this mattress for my 5-year old's loft bed. It was delivered sooner than expected and is even nicer than I anticipated. It's so plush - it looks and feels like a much more expensive mattress. It has a nice foam layer (under a quilted, batted cover) on top and you can feel the support of the coils without feeling the coils.
My daughter loves it. She claims it's really comfortable, and it must be because now when I check on her at night she's barely moved in inch. She seems to sleep deeper and definitely sleeps longer (parent bonus!)
I highly, highly recommend this mattress.

I was afraid it was going to be a smaller twin mattress since the dimensions weren't given, but turns out it's a regular sized twin. It's also a very solid mattress. It's comfortable and very supportive for an adult. My daughter loves it too. She goes in her room and lays down on her bed. I recommend this item if you are looking for a twin mattress. You won't find a better item.
