I tried communicating with the seller several times. When I took the topper out of its packaging the odor was so strong it smelled up my living room. I heard that this can happen and that you should air the topper out before putting it on your mattress. There was no way I was going to put it on my bed. The odor smelled like chemical and it was discolored (I heard that this can happen as well). I contacted the seller and was told I could return the topper and that I'd be sent a return label once I left positive feedback. I didn't feel comfortable leaving positive feedback until the situation was resolved on my end. I left the topper outside to air out for a few days then in another room. The topper still smelled very strong. I did put the topper on my bed with 2 thick flannel sheets over it and slept on it for a night to try it out and it was indeed comfortable. Ever since I put it on I never want to get out of bed. The only drawback is that I have to put a blanket between the sheet and the topper because I don't like the feeling of it. Well worth it! This is a good way to put off a new mattress purchase. Oh, and a bit of advice: spray it with Febreze when you get it to get rid of the the foam smell.

It is truly amazing! It's very soft, I feel like I'm sleeping on air. The packaging was a little bit of a pain to open (they had vacuum wrapped it). But other than that I am extremely pleased! I do recommend laying it on the floor for at least a few hours to flatten out, if not over night. But I have no bumps or wrinkles on mine! I would totally buy again.
