Mattress arrived on time [actually earlier than Amazon had predicted]. Packaging was excellent. Mattress was of much better quality than I had expected at this price point. Mattress expanded to original size in a matter of minutes. No unpleasant odor from the foam [as some other mattresses exhibit] Mattress is on the firmer side. You definitely feel the memory foam. All in all an excellent product and excellent seller to purchase from. I would highly recommend. Actually received a follow up call and postcard to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.
My only thought is that maybe the seller should come up with a firmness scale [from 1 to 10] to give you a good idea of what to expect, without actually feeling it in person. Mine was a little firmer than I had expected, but after sleeping on it for a week, my body seems to becoming more used to it.

My wife and I had a worn out W Hotel mattress and we have been having back aches for a while.
I purchased this mattress when it was on sale. This mattress eliminated our back aches after one night - Nuff said. It is definitely firm (think high quality futon firm but with memory foam comfort). I love firm beds. My wife thinks said she would prefer it a "tad" bit softer, but she cant complain much being that her back aches are gone and she falls asleep without issues now. She said I should have bought 3 instead of 1. I will probably by 2 more in the future.
The mattress came vacuumed packed in a decent sized box. The mattress took about 2 nights to fully expand and firm up (really squishy at first). Shipment from the seller was fast.
Overall the product and the service experience were wonderful.
